All services / Commercial fit-out

From an empty space to a working business

Power Construction & Engineering Ltd delivers commercial fit-out in London, combining construction and interior works with the mechanical and electrical services the space needs. We work on shops, cafés and commercial premises, with the scope agreed around each project. We can be involved from design and drawings through approval applications, procurement, construction and commissioning.

A fit-out brings several trades into the same space. Partitions, counters and finishes need to work alongside power, lighting, pipework and equipment. We consider these requirements together when planning the sequence of works.

What the work can include

  • Building works, partitions and interior finishes
  • Shopfitting, fitted counters, shelving and joinery
  • Electrical works and lighting
  • Mechanical works, air conditioning, VRV systems and cold rooms where required

Project example: Ovis Coffees

At Ovis Coffees, within the Centre Point retail development near Tottenham Court Road, we completed the turnkey construction, mechanical and electrical works. The project ran from work permits through to commissioning. See the Ovis Coffees project.
